About PF

Polyteknisk Forening, in short PF, is the student union at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). It translates to “Polytechnical Association”, but only the Danish name is used. With a history of 176 years, PF is a traditional association that is strongly rooted in the culture of DTU and has great influence at the university.

PF is independent of political parties. The work and policies of the association is decided by the active members in PF’s committees, who are all students. PF is involved in practically all aspects of student life. We usually divide our work in three parts – political, academic and social.
