You will be given a subdomain depending on which committee or council you sit in.

Examples:

• alias@bio4life.pf.dk
• alias@kabs.pf.dk
• alias@pr.pf.dk

Multiple aliases:

You are able to get multiple aliases. For example if you are both in a student council and part of KABS, you are then able to choose which email alias to send from. If you need multiple aliases, send an email to netadmin@pf.dk

How to access shared mail inbox

When logged in with your personal mail on gmail.com, press your profile picture and select the account you need to access. NOTE: This only works when on the Gmail page.

If you need access to a shared drive

Send an email to netadmin@pf.dk

If you no longer need your PF-mail

Remember to set a vacation responder (Out of office) in Gmail settings telling people you no longer check your email.
